Return & Exchange Policy

At Contemporary Bedouin, each piece is carefully curated, crafted, or produced to reflect artistic integrity, cultural depth, and thoughtful detail. Many of our items are limited-edition, one-of-a-kind, or handcrafted, which makes them especially unique. For this reason, we maintain a clear return and exchange policy:

General Rule

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders, or unwanted items.

• Please review all product descriptions, sizes, materials, and photos carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If an item arrives damaged in transit or with a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Clear photographs of the packaging and the item are required for assessment.

• Remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion, consistent with UAE consumer protection laws.

• Natural variations in handmade or limited-edition works (e.g., texture, color shifts, surface irregularities) are inherent to the creative process and not considered defects.

Digital Products

• All sales of digital downloads, audio works, tickets, or templates are final once the file or access link has been delivered.

• No refunds or exchanges are offered for digital products.

Packaging & Quality Assurance

• Every item is quality-checked before dispatch and securely packaged for transit.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information; failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded.
